“Named as Georgia’s Best Food Tours”--
I experienced my first food tour with Marietta Food Tours on Saturday. The food was excellent and the tour guides Cecilie and Brian were fun, entertaining and quite educational. I highly recommend this food tour for locals wanting to experience more of what Marietta Square has to offer and to tourists looking for a belly-filling great time!-- Cody L.
Come one, come all!! This tour was absolutely an amazing time! It’s packed with enough punch that whether you are a visitor to Atlanta or a local foodie looking for a new hot spot and just simply want to taste great food, learn a little about the local culture, community, and history, you certainly will not leave hungry! I give a total thumbs up!!! The restaurant and venue selections were diverse, the tour guides were extremely personable, and of course, the food tastings hit my soft spot! A sure gem of a time in a cute and quaint town center.. a great day to spend away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Atlanta city scene.-- Brooke C.
My partner and I were looking for something to do on a Saturday. While seeing a play recently in Marietta, we noticed many appealing restaurants in the area and made a mental note to return. Marietta Food Tours was the perfect way to taste many great dishes in one trip. We were really impressed with the tour’s layout. The sequence of “tastes” was well thought out and seamless. I am a history buff, so I really enjoyed learning about the history of Marietta along the tour, and my partner was especially impressed with the wide range of cuisine covered on the tour. Our guides, Brian and Cecilie were fun and knowledgable, and it was clear they really have a passion for sharing great food with others. I think this tour is “must do” for foodies, history buffs, and anyone looking to get out, try good food, and enjoy themselves. We will be taking this tour again when friends and family are in town.-- Gary F.
